Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Marketing Communications Consultant to lead regional campaigns promoting diesel and gas generators.

You will manage end-to-end programs across digital and traditional channels, coordinating with agencies and internal teams to drive awareness and leads from your markets. Based in Irving, TX, the role requires strong project management, collaboration, and a solid background in marketing communications with at least five years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing or a Communications-related role.
• Power business background and strong ROI measurement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing communications plans to create awareness and generate leads.
• Design and execute campaigns for new product introductions across channels including cat.com, SEM/SEO, social media, marketing automation, advertising, events and PR.
• Develop market knowledge in diesel and gas segments for assigned regions, including product applications and dealer/customer needs.
• Monitor, analyze and action to improve campaign results; collaborate with internal and external agencies to craft compelling briefs.
