Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Global Sales Consultant for Retail Natural Gas in the Electric Power Division. You will provide commercial leadership, technical guidance, and value-based solutions to support growth across regional sales teams, dealers, and customers:

You will drive complex opportunities, develop dealer capability, and lead strategic initiatives that align with short- and long-term business goals. This role requires collaboration across regions and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as global SME for retail natural gas generator sets (20–500kW).
• Lead development and implementation of customer-focused solutions to maximize product value.
• Provide consultative support on high-value, complex sales opportunities and deal strategy.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance dealer and field capabilities.
• Represent Caterpillar at industry events and customer meetings as a product and solutions expert.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to capture market needs and influence strategy.
• Mentor commercial teams to share knowledge and promote customer focus.
