The role emphasizes regional strategy, multi-channel campaigns, and collaboration with agencies to reach target audiences. The position requires strong marketing communications expertise, leadership in program execution, and the ability to manage budgets while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Business or Marketing program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or a Communications-related role.
• Power business background and strong ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional marketing communications plan utilizing digital and non-digital channels to create awareness and generate leads.
• Develop launch strategy and design campaigns for new product introductions to the market across cat.com, SEM/SEO, social media, marketing automation, advertising media, events, and PR.
• Develop and execute a marketing communications plan to generate awareness and leads for current products and solutions and associated services.
• Develop market knowledge and expertise in diesel and gas segments for assigned regions including product/applications, life cycle cost, and dealer/customer needs.
• Own and lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish; manage and control assigned budgets; define innovative communication strategies for product and services promotion via physical & virtual experiences.
• Collaborate with internal and external agencies to develop creative briefs for advertising including print, digital, and video assets; monitor and optimize campaign results.
• Analyze industry trends and the competitive environment to inform strategy.
