Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in power generation, energy systems, or electrical systems.
• Experience in field, dealer, customer-facing, or sales engineering roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate across regions, cultures, and organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a global subject matter expert for large diesel standby generators and provide commercial leadership.
• Lead development and implementation of customer-focused solutions to maximize product value.
• Lead monthly product allocation process to maximize customer satisfaction and delivery.
• Provide consultative support on high-value, complex sales opportunities and deal strategy.
• Develop and deliver product, application, and value-selling training programs for dealers and field teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to capture customer insights for strategy.
• Mentor commercial teams and promote a culture of continuous learning.
