Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management/workflow tools.
• Attention to detail and adherence to processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing projects from request through completion with clear timelines and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and implementation plans with status updates.
• Support execution of campaigns across channels by organizing assets, materials, and launches.
• Serve as primary contact for marketing requests, gathering information and prioritizing with the Marketing Director.
• Maintain department marketing calendar and monitor deadlines for workload management.
• Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders across departments.
• Organize meetings, document actions, and follow up on project activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage routing of marketing materials through compliance and approvals.
• Maintain organized files, records, and resources.
• Support administrative tasks: invoices, purchasing, record maintenance.
• Assist with special projects supporting Marketing Department goals.
