Texas Capital Bank is seeking a skilled email marketing professional to drive campaigns across Marketing, Enablement, and Technology teams in Austin. You will craft, deploy, and optimize email programs leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HTML best practices.

The role emphasizes campaign performance analysis, A/B testing, deliverability, and strong collaboration skills to ensure aligned communications and effective audience engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in email or digital marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML and email design principles is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content setup, segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, and Technology teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
• Support the creation and maintenance of email templates, Cloud Pages, and subscription lists.
• Help monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and insights.
• Participate in A/B testing efforts to improve engagement.
• Assist in quality assurance checks, including link validation and tracking parameters.
• Maintain deliverability standards and list hygiene practices.
• Stay informed on SFMC features and email marketing best practices.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and documentation.
• Perform additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as needed.
