Infinity by Marvin is seeking a Marketing Project Specialist to unite creativity and strategy, owning key initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and community engagement across channels.

Lead projects with proactive planning, manage social accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Pinterest, run paid campaigns, influencer programs, and partner assets, and collaborate with designers using Canva, Photoshop, and Asana.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in marketing, advertising, or project management; 5 years preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage marketing projects and programs through proactive planning, detailed project management, and clear communication to ensure alignment with the Infinity by Marvin brand strategy and business initiatives.
• Manage Infinity by Marvin's social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest; track performance with SproutSocial.
• Own and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms.
• Oversee influencer marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness and manage relationships.
• Engage in community management and dealer partner relations.
• Support partner marketing programs by delivering social content and assets.
• Collaborate on creating and refining content across formats using Canva, Photoshop, Asana, PageProof, or similar tools.
• Coordinate industry awards submissions with leadership for recognized positioning.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and deadlines; identify efficiency improvements.
