Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in marketing/advertising/project management; 5 years preferred.
• Strong ability to organize information and communicate clearly within a team.
• Solid understanding of marketing and digital landscapes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
• Experience cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
• Familiarity with SproutSocial or similar tools for reporting.
• Experience with external/internal creative services or agencies.
• General familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar content creation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing projects and programs with clear communication.
• Manage Infinity by Marvin's social media across multiple platforms.
• Own and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Oversee influencer marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Engage in community management with dealer partners and audiences.
• Support partner marketing with social content and assets.
• Collaborate on content across formats using tools like Canva/Photoshop/Asana.
• Coordinate industry awards submissions with leadership.
• Ensure projects meet budgets and deadlines; identify efficiency improvements.
• Handle miscellaneous projects as assigned.
