Integra Beauty is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead organic strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. You’ll own the content calendar, adapt messaging, and drive daily engagement while tracking performance and trends.

You’ll collaborate with Creative, Brand, and Paid teams to ensure native campaigns and social commerce integrations are built in from the start, nurturing a vibrant community through insightful content.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven growth of organic audiences across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Hands-on with TikTok Shop and Instagram Shop tagging.
• Strong ideation with platform-native formats and trends.
• Experience partnering with Creative, Paid Media, and Influencer/Affiliate teams.
• Proficient in social analytics tools to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written communication in a distinct brand voice; manage community.
• Experience with social media management software.
• Basic video/image editing for quick-turn content (CapCut, Canva, Adobe).

Aufgaben

• Own the organic content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.).
• Adapt brand/campaign messaging into native, platform-specific content.
• Manage day-to-day posting, captions, and channel upkeep.
• Stay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts.
• Conceive and pitch campaign ideas designed natively for social.
• Build formats around platform-specific mechanics (trends, sounds, challenges, series).
• Partner with Brand/Creative early so social isn’t an afterthought in campaign planning.
• Own creative concepting for always-on and moment-driven social content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in brand voice.
• Flag customer service issues to the right team.
• Build relationships with community members and repeat engagers.
• Translate campaign plans into social content; coordinate with paid team.
• Work with Creative on asset needs for social formats.
• Repost/amplify creator content organically; identify emerging creators.
• Align posting with TikTok/TikTokShop and Instagram Shop tagging needs.
• Track engagement, follower growth, and content performance; surface learnings.
