Job summary

Moore, based in the United States, seeks a Marketing Associate to join its team in Lanham, MD. The role supports the planning and execution of fundraising and awareness campaigns across channels, including events and digital activation.

You will collaborate with copywriters, designers, and vendors to deliver integrated content and campaigns while managing timelines and budgets. You will work closely with clients and teammates, handling social media, content calendars, and contractual documents.

Qualifications

• Recent internship or two+ years in an agency or related environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Background in a full suite of marketing tactics including digital, advertising creation, placement and development.
• Strong-detail orientation, reliability, proactivity, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Researches and creates marketing strategies and implementation plans for client campaigns.
• Coordinates client meetings and collaborates with copywriters, designers, and vendors.
• Manages content calendar and scheduling deadlines.
• Supports budget tracking and reporting.
• Develops project contracts and client submissions.
• Maintains knowledge of company products, vendors, and clients for effective campaigns.
• Communicates with strong writing across emails, proposals, and briefs.
• Manages relationships with teammates, clients, and external vendors.
• Demonstrates decision-making for on-site activations to support campaigns.
• Designs and implements social media campaigns for multiple clients, including organic posting.
