• Implement and execute property/regional data/direct marketing programs, including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining, and hotel offers
• Serve as the principal liaison between property and pod marketing and the direct mail vendor
• Manage direct mail workflow and email projects
• Use Caesars Entertainment proprietary database programs and software to build, test, and run direct mail and email campaigns
• Upload groups and offers accurately and timely for redemption and analysis
• Establish drop dates for hard mail and email correspondence with POD, Email Marketing, and external direct mail vendors
• Work under stringent deadlines to send relevant and timely customer communications
• Manage workflow and production for direct mail and email projects
• Proof creative layouts, vendor data proofs, and live proofs for data accuracy
• Proofread letter and coupon copy
• Check email links before deployment

Requirements

• Experience in project planning and execution
• Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Access
• Organized with high attention to detail
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of creative agencies and direct mail houses
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time
• Ability to work an irregular schedule due to varied tasks and deadlines
• Preferred two years’ experience in database systems and equipment for high volume business or industry
• ProofReading experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Valid gaming license as required per region
