Job summary

Peacock Architects in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our team in-office. You will lead RFQ/RFP responses, create presentations and marketing materials, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate industry outreach.

You’ll collaborate with firm leadership, project managers, and consultants, and help shape the firm’s presence in the marketplace through networking and thoughtful communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, proposal coordination, or business development.
• Strong writing, editing, organization, and visual communication skills.
• Experience in AEC or professional services preferred.
• Confidence representing a firm at networking and industry events.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate RFQ/RFP responses and proposals.
• Create presentations, project sheets, resumes, award submissions, and other marketing materials.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor procurement portals.
• Collaborate with firm leadership, project managers, and consultants.
• Coordinate shortlist presentations, interviews, networking events, and industry meetings.
• Build relationships across the AEC community.
• Help shape Peacock Architects’ presence and growth in the marketplace.
