Qualifications

• Experience preparing RFQs, RFPs, and qualifications-based proposals.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and proposal schedules.
• Knowledge of branding and professional services marketing.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen; fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue architectural and preservation project opportunities.
• Lead RFQ/RFP responses and submission planning.
• Manage full proposal lifecycle from kickoff to submission.
• Develop templates, resumes, and project sheets.
• Coordinate with principals, staff, and consultants for content.
• Write and refine proposal narratives communicating capabilities and project approach.
• Ensure compliance with submission requirements and deadlines.
• Maintain marketing materials and firm credentials.
• Track submissions and follow-up communications.
• Support interview preparation and presentation materials.
• Oversee social media, website updates, and branding consistency.
• Coordinate press releases and award submissions.
