The Marketing Manager leads the firm’s business development and marketing efforts with a primary focus on pursuit strategy, proposal development, and brand positioning within the architectural and historic preservation market. This role is responsible for identifying project opportunities, managing RFQ/RFP responses, coordinating proposal production, and supporting the firm’s visibility through targeted marketing initiatives.
The position requires an in-depth understanding of the architectural industry’s procurement processes, including public‑sector qualifications‑based selection, competitive proposals, and consultant coordination. The Marketing Manager works closely with principals, project managers, and consultants to develop compelling narratives that clearly communicate the firm’s expertise, project experience, and value proposition.
In addition to pursuit management, the role oversees day‑to‑day marketing functions including social media, promotional materials, and brand consistency to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic goals and long‑term positioning.
