Nippon Paint Automotive Americas Inc. (NPAA) seeks a Director of Marketing and Business Analytics to lead strategic marketing, product management, and analytics across the NPAA footprint in North America and related Americas locations.

You will guide market development, OEM outreach, and the budgeting framework with a lens on continuous improvement. The role requires a four-year degree with 10 years in automotive coatings marketing/sales and analytics, MBA preferred, and expert Excel skills to

• Four-year degree with 10 years of Automotive Coatings marketing/sales and industry analytics experience.
• Technical product experience in Automotive Coatings preferred.
• MBA, including prior experience in P&L analysis preferred.
• Expert MS Excel skills for analysis of large data sets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop NPAA’s strategy and goals in target markets in North America.
• Lead the growth of NPAA's Marketing function and product management.
• Manage market management and OEM development initiatives.
• Create NPAA annual sales budget and analyze performance.
• Coordinate budget reforecasts and reporting to corporate groups.
• Drive continuous improvement in budget projections and reporting tools.
• Analyze market trends to support strategic planning and decision making.
• Lead customer profitability analysis and contract negotiation using current templates.
