Qualifications

• Four-year degree with automotive coatings marketing and analytics experience.
• MBA is preferred, with P&L analysis experience considered a plus.
• Expert MS Excel skills for large data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Marketing & Business Development strategy with the Global Leadership Team.
• Oversee product management, market management and OEM development initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts and board-ready reports.
