Job summary

image.works is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Madison. This role offers a path for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build a career in sales and marketing, with coaching and hands-on training from experienced teams.

You will identify new business opportunities, prospect target accounts, and develop opportunities into long-term customer relationships, while maintaining CRM records and pursuing revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of professional sales or business development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with a competitive, goal‑oriented mindset.
• Coachable, curious, and eager to learn.
• Experience with CRM software is helpful but not required.
• Interest in marketing, advertising, or creative services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships with marketing leaders and decision‑makers nationwide.
• Qualify prospects and uncover marketing challenges and business objectives.
• Schedule discovery meetings and sales presentations.
• Develop proposals alongside our creative, print, and digital marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and opportunity records within our CRM.
• Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
• Stay informed on marketing trends and our suite of products and services.
• Represent image.works with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
