LHH is recruiting for a Marketing & Business Development Assistant in Chicago, IL. This full-time role supports a collaborative marketing team for a client in the legal services sector, with hybrid work (3 days in the office).

Compensation ranges from $50K to $65K plus benefits. You will gain hands-on exposure to marketing operations, events, communications, and BD initiatives, with potential growth into Marketing Coordinator or related marketing roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or similar.
• 1–3 years of administrative, marketing, communications, or professional office experience in a professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, email marketing tools, Canva, website updates, or social media management.
