Latham & Watkins LLP in Chicago or New York is seeking a Business Development Specialist – Markets to support the Chicago and Latin America markets. You will work with the office BD team and partners to implement marketing and business development initiatives across markets.

The role offers hybrid work with in-office presence, collaboration across multiple BD and marketing teams, and opportunities to engage with clients and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, business development, office administration, or related functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a customer-service focus

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate Business Development and Marketing initiatives in Chicago and Latin America markets
• Assist with office event initiatives, cross-selling, and client-targeting initiatives
• Collaborate with BD Core, New Business Team, Creative, Events & Sponsorships, Marketing Technology, Library & Research, Alumni, Brand & Communications, and Financial Insights & Consulting
• Monitor office initiatives with key account clients in the market
• Serve as the go-to resource for office BD needs and support
• Protect confidential information and maintain privacy of sensitive data
