Latham & Watkins is seeking a Business Development Specialist – Markets to support the Chicago and Latin America markets from either the Chicago or New York office. The role collaborates across BD and marketing teams to execute initiatives, events, client targeting, and cross-selling, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, business development, office administration, or related functions.
• Exhibit well-developed interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of BD and marketing initiatives in Chicago and Latin America markets.
• Plan and assist with office events, cross-selling, and client-targeting initiatives for local markets.
• Collaborate with BD Core, New Business Team, Creative, Events & Sponsorships, Marketing Technology, and other teams to deliver client intelligence and materials.
• Monitor office initiatives with key account clients in the market.
• Act as the go-to resource for office BD needs and support.
• Protect highly sensitive and proprietary information.
