Job summary

Nexicse Varieties is seeking a detail-oriented data and office support specialist to manage internal and external data sets, track sales progress, and generate reports for team meetings.

You will maintain the image database, provide Circana syndicated data support and analysis, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to coordinate logistics for industry food shows while assisting Account Managers with communications to customers, vendors, and branch sales and aiding in grocery space planning.

Qualifications

• Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Access) with proficient typing and 10-key skills.
• Excellent English language and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Dependable work ethic
• Proven ability to maintain high accuracy and organization under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and customize internal and external data sets; track sales progress and generate comprehensive reports for team meetings.
• Maintain the image database and provide syndicated data (Circana) support and analysis.
• Work directly with the Marketing Manager to coordinate logistics and execution for industry food shows.
• Assist Account Managers with communication with customers, vendors, and branch sales.
• Support the team with grocery space planning
• Other related duties as needed
• Previous office experience required
