Job summary

Netchannels Marketing is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Programs and Operations Assistant to support our growing team with data management, research, reporting, and day-to-day operational coordination.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable with intelligence and business databases, and capable of turning information into actionable data while managing multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or program management.
• Proficient in Excel including formulas, sorting/filtering, and pivot tables.
• Experience using intelligence, research, or proprietary databases.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, trackers, reports, and databases.
• Research companies, government agencies, contracts, and business opportunities using databases.
• Collect and analyze information from multiple sources for reporting and decision-making.
• Track registrations, contracts, renewals, deadlines, prospects, and other operational data.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and management reports.
• Identify data quality issues and discrepancies; ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
