Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of marketing experience with outside vendors/agencies
• Strong analytical skills for CRM/lead-tracking platforms and reliable reporting
• Ability to master Lead Docket CRM and track marketing ROI
• Demonstrated experience using AI in marketing workflows
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple marketing partners and ensure deadlines
• Legal marketing experience is a strong plus but not required
• Organized, direct, low-ego, capable of owning execution and results
• Collaborative mindset with Founder, office manager, intake team, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Vendor management: primary contact for digital and print vendors, ensuring deliverables and results
• Marketing performance & reporting: own CRM, weekly/monthly scorecards, track inquiries, signed cases, and referrals
• AI adoption: use AI for content, competitor analysis, reporting, and workflows
• Marketing ROI optimization: analyze data, flag underperforming channels, optimize spending
• Attorney referral pipeline: build systems to grow lawyer referral sources
• Founder brand platform: support content, speaking, media, and social initiatives
• Marketing execution: translate strategy into measurable execution and track results
• Community visibility: raise profile for firm involvement and Foundation efforts
