You will optimize spend, build referral pipelines, bolster the founder's brand, and drive AI-enabled content, analysis, and workflows while collaborating with the Founder, intake team, and office staff.

This role emphasizes ownership, results, and a hybrid/onsite environment at the Fort Worth office.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of marketing experience, with agency/vendor management.
• Strong data and reporting skills using CRM/lead-tracking platforms.
• Ability to master Lead Docket CRM and track marketing ROI.
• Experience using AI in marketing workflows.
• Legal or personal injury marketing experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Primary contact for firm's marketing vendors, ensuring deliverables, deadlines, performance, and results.
• Marketing Performance & Reporting: Own CRM and marketing scorecards, track inquiries, signed cases, referrals, and cost per signed case by channel.
• Marketing ROI Optimization: Analyze performance data to identify effective channels and recommend budget changes.
• Attorney Referral Pipeline: Build systems to grow referral sources across Texas.
• Founder Brand Platform: Support Jason Stephens's personal brand through content and media opportunities.
• Community & Foundation Visibility: Increase visibility of community involvement and Foundation work.
• AI Adoption: Use AI for content creation, competitor analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Marketing Execution: Translate strategy into consistent execution with data-driven results.
