The Marketing and Sales Representative will be primarily focused on the execution of events and generating revenue for our clients. The role includes building lasting customer relationships, delivering consultative sales in retail environments, driving results in store operations both in office and in the field, meeting key performance indicators, and utilizing marketing and sales techniques to create a unique shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Build lasting customer relationships and maintain client loyalty
• Demonstrate consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer’s individualized need and recommend appropriate products and services
• Drive results by contributing to store operations, both in office and in the field
• Support self and team by meeting key performance indicators

• Utilize marketing and sales techniques, such as active listening and asking open‑ended questions to create a unique shopping experience that educates the customer and provides the right information
• Work in various retail locations, marketing/promotion, and selling new products and services to customers
• Be efficient and proactive, learning all products and services offered by client base in home entertainment and related fields (technology, electronics, telecommunications, home security, etc.)

Qualifications
