Southern Showers in Cookeville, TN is seeking Retail Marketing Representatives to be the face of our brand inside major retailers. You’ll manage promotional booths, greet homeowners, and educate them about our home improvement services without hard selling.

This full-time role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and clear paths to leadership. You’ll join a energetic, supportive team that rewards results and growth, with evenings and weekend shifts common.
