Job summary

Paychex, a leading provider of payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services, seeks a Senior Marketing Analytics Leader in the U.S. to drive data-driven decision making across the Marketing organization.

You will lead a 2–4 person analytics team, advance reporting, dashboards, and predictive analytics, and build strategic partnerships to optimize investments and ROI across campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or revenue analytics.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Expertise in marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, ROI, and optimization.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights and recommendations.
• Experience building and leading analytics teams and maturing reporting.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled insights and predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing performance measurement, attribution, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–4 analysts, advancing dashboards and forecasting.
• Translate BI, campaign data, and ad hoc analysis into actionable insights.
• Incorporate AI-enabled marketing analytics into daily reporting and segmentation.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Service, and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
• Strengthen data governance, metric standardization, and reporting reliability.
