Paychex is looking for a Marketing Analytics Leader to guide a team of analysts in measuring, forecasting, and optimizing marketing performance. You will translate data into executive-level insights and drive AI-enabled analytics across campaigns, segments, and channels.

There will be close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Service to align priorities and improve overall pipeline impact. The role emphasizes leadership, reporting maturity, and data governance, with a compensation range

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, or related disciplines.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Strong experience in marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, ROI, and optimization.
Proven ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
Experience deploying AI-enabled insights and predictive models.

Responsibilities

Manage marketing performance measurement, attribution, forecasting, and KPI reporting with visibility and recommendations.
Lead and develop a team of 2–4 analysts and advance dashboards, predictive analytics, and optimization.
Translate BI, campaign data, and ad hoc analyses into actionable insights and decision support.
Incorporate AI-enabled marketing analytics into daily functions for faster, scalable insights.
Build partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Service, and cross-functional teams to align priorities.
Strengthen data governance, metric standardization, and reporting consistency.
