Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce by bringing payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services together into a single connected HCM platform. This Marketing Analytics Leader role drives measurement, forecasting, advanced analytics, AI adoption, and actionable recommendations to optimize investments and align marketing with pipeline, revenue, and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, revenue analytics, or related disciplines
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong experience leading marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, ROI, and performance optimization
• Proven ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations
• Leading and developing analytics teams and advancing reporting maturity
• Experience deploying advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and predictive models

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing performance measurement, attribution, forecasting, and KPI reporting to inform investments and business planning
• Lead and develop a team of 2–4 analysts and advance dashboards, predictive analytics, and optimization capabilities
• Translate BI, campaign data, and ad hoc analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
• Incorporate AI-enabled marketing analytics into daily functions to optimize reporting, audience segmentation, and decision-making
• Build partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Service, and cross-functional teams to align priorities
• Strengthen data governance, metric standardization, and reporting consistency across departments
