Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager in Irvine, CA to turn data into actionable insights that elevate marketing performance and customer engagement. You will lead KPI development, dashboards, and reporting across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.

You'll analyze journeys, attribution, and audience behavior to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, applying segmentation, propensity modeling, and experimentation to optimize personalization

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or CRM analytics.
• SQL proficiency to query and analyze large datasets across warehouses and platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce and Adobe technology stacks is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead measurement and reporting for lifecycle marketing programs across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Analyze customer journeys, campaign performance, attribution, and audience behavior to improve acquisition, retention, and CLV.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation to support personalization and optimization.
• Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Finance, and UX teams to translate data into clear recommendations for business decisions.
• Ensure reliable reporting and scalable analytics solutions across CRM, web, and data platforms.
