JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP is seeking a Marketing Specialist I to support leadership with analytical insights, performance reporting, budgeting support, and market research. You will evaluate product performance, develop reporting tools, and assist with planning and executing marketing programs aligned with organizational goals.

The role involves developing dashboards, analyzing market conditions, and presenting actionable recommendations to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, operations, finance, or related field.
• Working knowledge of marketing principles, reporting tools, budgeting processes, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support marketing strategies and programs for products or product lines.
• Evaluate product and business performance to identify trends and support client goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Provide recommendations for enhancements to product development and operations.
• Partner with sales and business teams to address product-related concerns and support customer needs.
• Access customer and business systems to generate reports and analyses for leaders and stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations for leadership, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Track, maintain, and report on KPIs, scorecards, and business metrics.
• Support budget development, forecasting, and related analytical activities.
• Develop and maintain databases, models, dashboards, and reporting tools with data integrity.
