Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a Data Analyst to shape our analytics strategy and support the Growth Marketing team. You will measure performance across online channels, enhance our martech stack, and develop scalable BI frameworks to optimize ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics.

You’ll work closely with data engineering, CRM, and growth stakeholders to translate business needs into data problems, drive insights, and support experiments across multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or related roles.
• 2+ years experience in marketing or growth analytics or similar with modern marketing tech (MMPs, Social/Digital platforms, SKAN) and digital marketing optimization.
• 2+ years of experience with BI Tools (Looker preferred, Tableau, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, Databricks).
• Strong SQL background; able to spin up quick analyses or data models.
• Experience with product, CRM, or marketing experimentation design and measurement.
• Knowledge of marketing measures such as LTV/NPV, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder influence.
• Familiar with Agile processes and sprint cycles.
• You have experience with our stack (BigQuery, Singular, Looker, dbt, Amplitude, DeepNote, git).
• You’re comfortable applying marketing attribution concepts and staying current with trends.
• Experience with mobile app analytics.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor on marketing data and KPI definition.
• Build and improve analytics reporting and LookML alignment; scope questions and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models and marts.
• Identify automation opportunities in BI and analytics tooling.
• Analyze marketing experiments and ad-hoc analysis for campaigns.
• Partner with Growth to translate business needs into data problems and prioritize work.
• Monitor marketing trends and identify valuable opportunities for media buyers.
• Perform analyses of keyword cohorts and composite success metrics.
