Rocket Money is seeking a Data Analyst to shape our analytics strategy and support the Growth Marketing team. You will measure performance across online channels, enhance our martech stack, and develop scalable BI frameworks to optimize ROAS, LTV, and conversion metrics.
You’ll work closely with data engineering, CRM, and growth stakeholders to translate business needs into data problems, drive insights, and support experiments across multi-channel campaigns.

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in shaping our analytics strategy. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Growth Marketing team to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You’ll leverage a full suite of analytical tools to measure performance across online channels, enhance our modern martech infrastructure, and develop scalable frameworks and tooling. Your work will be instrumental in evaluating and optimizing marketing investments against core business metrics, including ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
