Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to advance marketing efficiency through lifetime value modeling, attribution, and rigorous experimentation. You will lead development of ML-powered tools and self-service experimentation capabilities across marketing and product teams.

You will design scalable data pipelines, mentor teammates, and partner with engineering to improve predictive analytics for customer acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language.
• Experience building production-grade tooling for operational use.
• Strong ability to drive marketing and product strategy with experimental data.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve customer lifetime value models integrated into marketing decisions.
• Lead product scientific experimentation program, tooling, and self-service experimentation processes.
• Design and conduct experiments to estimate impact of marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to build scalable ML-to-data pipelines for experimentation.
