Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive marketing efficiency, attribution, and experimentation initiatives. You will build customer lifetime value models, media mix attribution, and causal impact assessments to optimize our marketing portfolio.

You will lead product scientific experimentation programs, design scalable analytics pipelines, and mentor teammates while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science with focus on marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, at least one scripting language, and statistical modeling.
• Experience building scalable experimentation solutions for product and marketing.
• Ability to design and lead cross-functional data science projects.

Responsibilities

• Build customer lifetime value and attribution models for marketing mix optimization.
• Lead product scientific experimentation programs and tooling for self-service experimentation.
• Design experiments to estimate impact of marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with data engineering to deploy predictive analytics in production.
