You will build customer lifetime value models and lead the end-to-end product scientific experimentation program, partnering with product, marketing, and engineering to deliver scalable insights.

The role focuses on designing causal experiments, deploying production-grade tooling, and advancing data-driven decision-making across the marketing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in data science.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language.
• Strong statistical modeling and scalable experimentation skills.
• Experience building production-grade tooling for operational use.
• Fintech, banking, or finance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build customer lifetime value models and integrate into marketing decisions.
• Lead product scientific experimentation program and tooling.
• Design experiments to estimate impact of marketing and product strategies.
• Mentor team members and ensure code quality in production.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build ML pipelines for experimentation.
