Job summary

Obsidian is creating high-fidelity simulated marketing environments to test AI agents on real marketing work. You will design and pressure-test the Analytics environments, including briefs, artifacts, and the judgment criteria used to evaluate agents.

We look for hands-on practitioners in marketing analytics with fluency in GA4, Amplitude, Salesforce, and ad reporting, plus experience building AI training or RL environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics.
• Experience drafting briefs, artifacts, and evaluation criteria.
• Ability to explain decisions with clear reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Design task briefs that reflect real marketing analytics work.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states needed.
• Write or review reference answers and selection criteria.
• Review AI agent attempts and judge against standard.
