Job Description
OMNIA Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in marketing analytics to join our Reporting & Analytics team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with 5–6 years of experience in analyzing marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness. You'll be a key contributor in turning data into strategic insights that optimize marketing efforts and support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Performance Reporting: Lead the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions focused on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, digital engagement, and ROI across various marketing channels.
- Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media, events, etc.) and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Customer Insights & Segmentation: Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities; support the development of audience segments and personas.
- Attribution & Funnel Analytics: Build multi-touch attribution models and analyze the marketing and sales funnel to understand channel contributions.
- Salesforce Integration & Analysis: Leverage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to analyze lead, opportunity data, and campaign effectiveness. Assist in building reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Data Integration & Enrichment: Combine data from Salesforce and digital platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc.) for a comprehensive view of marketing performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align on KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
- Predictive & Strategic Analysis: Use forecasting and trend analysis to anticipate customer needs and inform marketing strategies.
- Tool Ownership & Innovation: Champion analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 5–6 years in marketing or business analytics, preferably in B2B or procurement industries.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud), Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Looker Studio, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and scripting languages (Python/R) is preferred.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and build dashboards, segmentation models, and scorecards.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate data insights into business language and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
- Attention to Detail & Leadership: Accurate, proactive, and capable of leading initiatives and mentoring junior analysts.
