POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Digital Marketing Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in advancing NMDP's Enterprise Marketing team's strategic initiatives and engagement efforts by developing and implementing sophisticated digital measurement and data strategies. This role will be aimed at delivering:

Comprehensive insights into multi-channel, multi-audience campaign engagement.
Deep analysis of audience experiences, journeys, and lifetime value, uncovering insights that tell compelling stories and inform strategic decisions.
Performance reporting that identifies opportunities to improve conversion rates.
By deeply analyzing audience experiences, journeys, and lifetime value, the Senior Digital Marketing Data Analyst will uncover compelling stories that drive strategic decisions and enhance marketing effectiveness. Collaborating closely with marketers, the analyst will act as a consulting partner, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign impact and drive measurable value for the organization.

This role requires proven expertise in digital marketing, campaign performance reporting, and strong problem-solving skills. The analyst will have the unique opportunity to analyze front-end engagement data, such as ad performance, ad spend, and social media interactions, alongside advanced web analytics, and integrate these insights with back-end operational data like SMS engagement and conversion metrics.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative, results-oriented professional capable of managing multiple strategic campaign planning requests and reporting projects simultaneously. This individual must excel in delivering high-quality insights that inform and guide critical business decisions. This is a remote position (US). #LI-Remote

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Serves as the senior digital marketing data analyst for NMDP's enterprise marketing team, collaborating with Regional Marketing, vendor partners, and internal teams to implement digital campaign tracking, audience re-marketing technologies, and data integration for performance reporting.
  • Delivers actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and guide marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Develops and delivers multi-channel campaign performance reports, integrating data from paid ad platforms (e.g., Meta, X, YouTube, Google Ads, Trade Desk), non-paid channels (e.g., website traffic, SFMC email, organic social media), and other data sources to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
  • Utilizes tools like GA4, Looker Studio, Big Query, Salesforce, Snowflake, and re-marketing technologies (e.g., pixel tracking, shared audiences) to support analytics and insights delivery.
  • Tracks campaign performance against fiscal year goals and industry benchmarks, proactively identifying trends and recommending interventions to improve results. Provides stakeholders with clear, actionable insights through analyses, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Extracts, integrates, and analyzes data from multiple platforms and ensures data security, quality, and compliance with all regulatory and stakeholder requirements.
  • Partners across marketing, technical teams, and agency/vendor partners to enhance audience experiences, optimize budgets, and effectively communicate campaign engagement and performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Stays current on digital marketing and analytics trends to inform strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support marketing analytics and organizational goals.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in developing multi-channel digital marketing campaign reporting and dashboards, integrating data from paid channels (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, Trade Desk) and non-paid channels (e.g., organic search, SFMC email campaigns, social media posts).
  • Extensive expertise in Google Analytics (GA4 360) configuration, reporting, Google Tag Manager, and creating advanced dashboards using Google Looker Studio.
  • Experience defining analytics data layer requirements, implementing GA4, applying ad tracking technologies (e.g., audience re-marketing, CRM integrations), and analyzing campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversions, attribution, A/B testing).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Campaign reporting, including integration of GA4 360 with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Proficiency in digital campaign tracking technologies (e.g., tracking URLs, pixels, cookies) and troubleshooting technical issues related to campaign analytics and A/B testing platforms.
  • Strong skills in interpreting data, authoring reports, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, charts, vlookup) and familiarity with other Office Suite applications (e.g., Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical campaign data into strategic insights for marketing and operations teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and project management abilities, including defining project scope and requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Marketing, Marketing or Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a digital marketing campaign / multi-channel marketing / web analytics analyst role or marketing data scientist role with a focus on experience in digital marketing measurement strategy, campaign reporting, and analysis (2-3 years of experience with GA4) in the healthcare services industry (or comparable industry/sector).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)
  • Experience working with large advertising agencies (e.g., Tombras, Publicis, Sapient) on multi-channel digital marketing campaign reporting across paid and non-paid channels.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Jira.
  • Proficiency in data wrangling, cleansing, and integration tools (e.g., Alteryx, Talend, Tableau, Looker, MySQL).
  • Experience with Oracle or other relational databases and query techniques (e.g., SQL).
