Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to design budgeting logic across products and traffic sources, and to develop Early LTV models. You will build analytics frameworks for performance diagnostics and contribute to an AI-based analytics tool, while supporting a unified BI layer with clear metric definitions.

The role requires strong SQL, statistics knowledge, and experience with BI tools; English at B2+ level is expected.

• Designing the upper-level logic for marketing budget management: rules and models for allocating budget across products and traffic sources, validating the approach and preparing it for automation.
• Developing and validating Early LTV metrics/models to support intra-week performance marketing and budget allocation decisions.
• Building analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics: identifying drivers of changes, growth opportunities and anomalies across products, channels and campaigns.
• Participating in the development of an internal AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis, root-cause detection and opportunity discovery.
• Providing analytical support for the unified BI layer where needed: metric definitions, data validation and selected analytical use cases.

• Experience with A/B testing;
• Strong SQL skills: ability to independently work with large datasets, build complex analytical queries, and validate data quality.
• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and experimentation; ability to design validation/backtesting methodology and correctly interpret results.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing economics and metrics: LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS, conversion funnels, cohorts, and attribution.
• Ability to build decision-making models and translate analytical findings into clear business rules/recommendations.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel).
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Superset, Tableau, Power BI).
• English level B2+.
• Strong advantage: Python for data analysis/modeling; experience with forecasting, optimization or budget allocation models; experience with Early LTV / predictive LTV; experience building automated analytical products or AI/LLM-based analytics tools.
