Основные задачи включают управление операционными и аналитическими задачами, анализ отчетности и качество контента, работу с Bitrix CRM и внедрение улучшений в процессы, связанные с партнёрами.

Требуется продвинутый уровень владения испанским/русским языками, английский B1+, отличные коммуникативные навыки и умение работать с таблицами.

Qualifikationen

• Свободно владение испанским и русским языками (C1+).
• Владение английским языком на уровне B1+.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и опыт переговоров с подрядчиками/партнёрами.
• Уверенная работа с данными в таблицах (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Продвинутый пользователь Google Workspace.

Aufgaben

• Самостоятельное управление оперативными и аналитическими задачами от постановки целей до исполнения и контроля результатов.
• Анализ статистики, отчетов и ключевых показателей партнёров для выявления возможностей улучшения качества.
• Разработка и внедрение стратегий обеспечения и качества контента совместно с командой и стейкхолдерами.
• Поддержка и работа с партнёрами в Bitrix CRM, обработка сложных и нестандартных запросов.
• Улучшение процессов и инструментов, связанных с партнёрами (CRM, отчётность, файлы, внутренние инструкции).
• Сотрудничество с внутренними командами для достижения общих целей по эффективности и снижению затрат.

Задачи:

• Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control
• Analyzing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify quality improvement opportunities
• Developing and implementing content sufficiency and quality strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders
• Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests
• Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines)
• Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimization

Требования:

• Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - C1+
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, ability to communicate) - B1+
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in negotiating, working with contractors, partners, working with claims
• Confident work with data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel)
• Advanced user of Google Workspace
