Social Discovery Group ищет менеджера по привлечению пользователей в маркетинговую команду. В задачи входит запуск и оптимизация кампаний в Facebook, анализ эффективности и отчетность, а также масштабирование каналов и тестирование новых форматов и лендингов.

Требования: опыт работы с Facebook не менее 3 лет, автоматизация кампаний (API, autorules), владение Excel/Google Sheets, сильные аналитические навыки; английский B2, русский C1+, хорошие коммуникации и креативность.

Our portfolio includes social entertainment platforms designed to connect people online across different cultures and regions of the world. We’re looking for User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team.

Задачи:

• Facebook Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns;
• project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM and other tools;
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives.

Требования:

• Facebook expert, at least 3 year experience.
• Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
• English is B2, Russian C1+ ;
• Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and can persuade others of your point of view;
• Creativity: you come up with fresh ideas and find solutions to challenging cases;
• Analytical thinking: you quickly process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions.

Условия:
