Job summary

Medical Essential Diagnostics seeks a Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage pre-registration email initiatives and CRM data integrity. You will develop targeted campaigns, segment audiences, and monitor performance to drive patient engagement and scheduling efficiency.

The role emphasizes analytics, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration with Scheduling and Operations teams to ensure clinics’ availability aligns with marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM/database management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience handling and circumventing spam protection; healthcare marketing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the pre-registration database for accurate contact information.
  • Develop, schedule, and execute targeted email campaigns to pre-registered individuals.
  • Segment contact lists by campaign objectives, demographics, location, and engagement history.
  • Monitor campaign performance: open rates, CTRs, responses; conduct A/B testing on subject lines and CTAs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on performance, conversions, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Scheduling, Marketing, and Operations to align campaigns with clinic availability.
  • Maintain compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy regulations, and company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to re-engage inactive leads via automated workflows and follow-ups.

  • Assist with maintaining the integrity of marketing data and provide insights to improve overall patient acquisition and scheduling performance.
