Stripe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to embed with marketing cohorts and transform workflows using AI. You will build agents, automations, and skills tailored to each marketer’s responsibilities, coach them through a growth journey, and create reusable tools across the team.

You’ll document patterns, share wins with leadership, and drive a shift toward autonomous, AI-first work across a cohort of 25–45 marketers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in diagnostic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered agents and workflows used in real work.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting 25–45 marketers.

Responsabilités

• Identify and document highest-leverage workflow transformations within your cohort.
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to marketers.
• Coach marketers through a progression from awareness to self-sufficiency.
• Teach marketers to build and iterate their own tools over time.
• Recognize patterns and scale reusable solutions across peers.
• Document tools, playbooks, and patterns for team-wide use.
• Share wins and progress with leadership to build momentum.
• Track cohort progress against a maturity model towards AI-first work.
• Prepare marketers for an agentic future with multi-agent workflows.
