Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator to be embedded with a marketing cohort. You will build agents, automations, and AI tools to transform workflows and drive rapid adoption of AI as the default mode of work.

You will coach marketers through a progression from awareness to full integration, documenting patterns and enabling self‑sufficiency across the group. This role blends AI development with marketing domain insight.

• Identify high‑leverage workflow transformations within marketing teams.
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills for marketers.
• Coach marketers through the adoption journey from awareness to self‑sufficiency.
• Teach marketers to build and iterate their own tools.
• Scale reusable solutions across the cohort and beyond.
• Document tools, playbooks, and transformation patterns for the FDA team.
• Share wins with leadership to build momentum and adoption.
• Track progress against a maturity model toward AI‑first workflows.
• Prepare teams for autonomous, multi‑agent workflows.
