You will work with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders to drive automated and AI-powered improvements that accelerate campaigns and reduce bottlenecks. The role emphasizes end-to-end program delivery, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate operational needs into internal tooling with a focus on scalable processes

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B marketing operations or related program management
• 3+ years in marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, audience targeting, and events
• 3+ years end-to-end program management of cross-functional initiatives
• Experience building AI agents and applying AI in daily work beyond chat
• 3+ years of data analysis using queries, dashboards with analysts
• 3+ years coordinating a distributed, global team and communicating effectively

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for initiatives; maintain communications and track milestones
• Lead cross-functional programs with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders
• Drive improvements and AI-powered automation to optimize workflows
• Scope business requirements with product/engineering and translate into tooling needs
• Oversee selection, contracting, implementation, and adoption of third-party software
• Coordinate reviews, pilots, and feedback; identify risks and launch blockers
• Maintain scalable documentation and coordinate with offshore teams across time zones
