Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator for Sales Development, embedded with the Sales Development team to understand workflows and build AI tools that speed and improve the team’s work. You will measure impact by improvements in speed and quality and ship rapidly with usable versions.

You will collaborate with SD leaders, engineering, analytics, and operations to ensure reliability and long-term ownership while driving adoption across Stripe’s marketing and sales functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in roles requiring diagnostic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, automations, or workflows used by others or in production, with measurable impact on speed or quality.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, workflow automation tools).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-leverage SD workflows by deeply understanding processes, inputs, and outputs.
• Build custom tools, agents, automations, and skills tailored to SD operations.
• Prioritize builds with SD leaders and be clear about what's worth building.
• Ship quickly, deploy Working versions to users, and improve based on feedback.
• Ensure reliability with documentation and maintainability as data and processes evolve.
• Measure impact with before-and-after metrics on time saved and quality gained.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and operations for production systems and data handling.
• Share results with SD leadership and the FDA team.
