Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Accelerator for Sales Development to be embedded with the Sales Development team.

You will understand current workflows and build AI tools and automations to speed and improve the team’s work. You will collaborate with SD leaders and other stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, ship working prototypes quickly, and measure impact with concrete time savings and quality improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of professional experience in diagnostic thinking, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered agents, tools, or workflows used in production.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, workflow automation).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working across multiple workstreams and relationships simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• Identify high-leverage workflows in SD's day-to-day work by understanding processes and outputs.
• Build custom AI agents, automations, and skills tailored to SD workflows.
• Collaborate with SD leaders to prioritize what to build and assess value.
• Ship quickly, deploy in front of users, and improve based on usage feedback.
• Ensure reliability with documentation and maintainability as data and processes evolve.
• Measure impact with before-and-after data on time saved or quality gains.
• Partner with engineering, analytics, and ops for production systems and data access.
• Share results with SD leadership and the FDA team.
