Qualifications

• Invoicing and supply order experience is required.
• Strong and effective communication skills as a team player.

• Excellent customer service and solid administrative skills.
• Proficient with computers and software.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-level administrative work including confidential clerical tasks.
• Prepares and edits marketing reports and materials.
• Provides administrative support for monthly accounting procedures.
• Researches, prepares and edits reports and presentations.
• Maintains marketing materials allocated to each clinic location monthly.
• Other duties as assigned.
