Job summary

USA Clinics Group is hiring a Marketing Specialist to analyze market information and identify growth opportunities to increase revenue and brand awareness. The role focuses on developing strategies, campaigns, and measuring performance across channels.

You will work full-time onsite in Northbrook, IL, with a schedule Monday–Friday and compensation of $24-$27 per hour based on experience. Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company focused on patient-first care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years executing results-driven paid marketing programs.
• Experience in media planning, buying and tracking.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Data-driven with fluency in performance marketing metrics and analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to articulate metrics and opportunities.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Collaborates well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing strategies to boost brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new media sources.
• Analyze market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Drive brand exposure via TV, radio, and print advertising campaigns.
• Compile and present data for other departments.
• Problem-solve and make professional judgments.
